In order to provide an organization that will function to its highest expectations, certain rules and regulations are set forth for and by the membership of Special Forces Motorcycle Club to abide by and follow. These rules and regulations may be changed or amended as time and circumstance prove to be necessary. After an application has been received at Headquarters and approved for membership, a packet will be sent via US Postal Service to the prospective member with a complete copy of all the rules and regulation of the club. We ask that you fully read and understand these RULES AND REGULATIONS. Along with these is an Acknowledgment and Liability Release Form that must be signed and returned to the club before patch “color” packets are sent out. The Rules and Regulations will explain the voting procedures, disciplinary action and reasons for, the officers and their responsibilities and other information that governs the operation and conduct of our membership. The rules will change from time to time as deemed necessary by the governing body and approved by the general membership. Any active organization must change with the time and conditions in order to be effective in their cause and purpose. Special Forces Motorcycle Club (Special Forces Motorcycle Club, Inc.) is a fictitious name registered nonprofit corporation in the State of Florida , United States of America. The Club's name, insignia, title of any publications, and other distinguishing items, singly or in combination, may be used only by persons authorized by the Club and only for Club purposes. The Special Forces Motorcycle Club, Inc. will use any and all legal means available to protect it's members constitutional rights, the club's name, insignia, and the corporation's preprioritory rights. |
