DOCUMENTATION:   Your documentation of service must accompany your  application.  These are acceptable forms of identification and documentation: DDForm214, Orders of Qualification, Certificates of Qualification, your SFA membership, and any other forms of military documentation that you feel exhibits your qualifications for the category of membership that you are requesting.  Please do not send originals.  We will file your documents in your own personal file folder and held for others to authenticate if ever questioned.   No copies will be made of your documents.  We also ask that you submit a recent photo of yourself.

INITIATION FEE:  The membership initiation fee is $125.  If membership is denied, OR if you decide after receiving your probate packet that we are not the organization for you then your initiation fee  will be returned to you, after you return the Probate Packet, and the copies of your documents destroyed.  Make the check payable to Special Forces Motorcycle Club. Inc.  Do not send cash.

YEARLY DUES:  Once you are accepted for membership, there are no refunds.  Dues will be determined yearly by a committee which is appointed by the President of this organization.  At present, yearly dues of $20 will be due on  June 1st of each year.

 RULES AND REGULATIONS:  You will receive The History of Motorcycle Clubs, a set of Rules and Regulations, and an Acknowledgment and Liability Release form that must be filled out and returned before your membership is approved.  Your patch packet will be issued after your probation is completed.
